Construction and Commissioning Supervision Services for Power Plants
Before the plant is fully commissioned we can help in the provision of services ensuring project management methodologies and timescales are meeting your schedules.
Complete site supervision and management services can be supplied by deputising competent Project Manager /Construction Manager and supporting staff at site. The responsibilities within this service include:
- Quality of construction / erection work
- Planning and controlling the Construction / Erection work to meet the project schedule
- Reporting to design office on the site progress, with shortfalls, if any, and corrective measures
